The new dominant of BB Centrum, Building FILADELFIE, is circumscribed by Želetavská, U Pomníku and U Michelské školy streets, adjacent to the existing buildings B, C and E. Construction commenced in May 2008 and was completed in summer 2010. Its attractive architectural design was created by the DaM architectural studio.
Building FILADELFIE offers its tenants approximately 30,500 square metres of office space, spread over 17 above-ground floors. A typical above-ground floor has 1,760 square metres of rentable area. With regard to the interior quality and convenience to users, FILADELFIE is undoubtedly a state-of-the-art building. Also, the range of goods and services available in the complex has been further extended since the FILADELFIE shopping mall was opened with another 4,500 square metres of retail. Its underground car park has almost 1,000 parking spaces for tenants and the public alike as it also serves as a public parking facility.
Furthermore, a great many attractions, including a unique water feature, are available in Baar Park, situated adjacent to FILADELFIE. It is the first park in BB Centrum and – aside from stimulating entertainment, sports and leisure activities – it is also a very pleasant silence zone. Moreover, FILADELFIE, which is the highest building in BB Centrum, provides a spectacular view from its roof terraces.
