The architecturally intriguing complex of Residential Park Baarova offers a total of 139 high-standard apartments. They have between two and six rooms of 50 to 170 square metres in area and are delivered complete with a cellar and garage space included in the price.

The Residential Park Baarova consists of three independent residential buildings, A, B, and C, with an atrium and garden between them. They have separate entrances from the street and, at the same time, from the adjacent Baar Park. An access card system and CCTV cameras are in place for security reasons. The main 24/7 reception of the complex will be in Building A.

The Residential Park Baarova is ideally located with extremely easy access by car and public transport alike, and outstanding public amenities.  Aside from a great many shops and services, a large number of restaurants and cafés can be found nearby, as can a wellness and fitness club called Balance Club Brumlovka. Moreover, an Albert supermarket and dm chemists have also opened in the neighbourhood. Also, there are health care facilities, a pharmacy, a Czech Post office, a kindergarten and primary school as well as a community centre.

The architectural concept of the new Residential Park Baarova is of a natural and fluent passage between the original villa area and the nearby modern multipurpose BB Centrum.
